AICanHire may process account information such as your name and email address; company and workspace information; AI task instructions, results and usage records; transaction metadata; technical information such as session, security and device data; and support communications.
2. Payment information
Payments are processed through PayPal. AICanHire receives payment and transaction information needed to confirm purchases and activate access, but the platform does not need to store your complete payment-card number.
3. How information is used
We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, create workspaces, operate AI workers, process purchases, maintain records, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, provide support and improve platform reliability.
4. AI task content
Information you submit to an AI worker may be processed by the computing systems required to perform the requested task. AICanHire is designed to use controlled worker roles and platform policies rather than unrestricted access to your business.
5. Service providers
We may use infrastructure, payment, email, security and other service providers where needed to operate AICanHire. Providers receive information only as necessary for the services they perform and are subject to their own legal and contractual obligations.
6. Security
AICanHire uses technical and organizational safeguards including protected sessions, password hashing, access controls and security monitoring. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably required to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and protect the platform.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Some records may need to be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security or transaction purposes.
9. Cookies and sessions
AICanHire uses essential cookies or equivalent technologies for authentication, security and form protection. These are necessary for account and platform operation.
