For sign-in, email verification, AI-worker access, workspace or account issues, contact support@aicanhire.com.
Payment help
For payment, order or entitlement problems, include your AICanHire order number and the email address associated with your account. Do not send your password, complete debit/credit card number, CVV or other sensitive payment credentials.
AI-worker issues
When reporting an AI-worker problem, describe the worker, the task you were trying to perform and what happened. Do not include secrets or credentials unless Support specifically provides an approved secure method.
Safety concerns
Report suspected abuse, unauthorized access, security problems or unsafe AI behavior as soon as possible so the platform team can review the issue.
