Terms of Service

1. About AICanHire

AICanHire provides access to AI workers designed to assist with business tasks such as technical work, quality assurance, operations, customer support, marketing, sales, executive assistance, security review, business analysis and HR administration.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password and maintaining control of your account. You must not share credentials in a way that compromises account security.

3. AI output and human responsibility

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing important output before relying on it. Employment decisions, financial or tax actions, destructive security actions and other high-risk activities must remain under appropriate human review and approval.

AICanHire is not a substitute for licensed legal, tax, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use AICanHire for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, malicious software, exploitation, infringement of third-party rights or attempts to bypass platform security or approval controls.

5. Fixed-term access and payments

Launch access is sold for fixed periods such as a day, week, month or year. Launch plans do not require automatic renewal. Access begins after successful payment and ends at the applicable expiration time unless you manually purchase additional access.

Card and PayPal payments are processed through PayPal. AICanHire does not need your full payment-card number to operate the platform.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider issues, infrastructure failures and other events may temporarily affect service.

7. Your content

You remain responsible for information, instructions and materials you submit to AI workers. You must have the right to provide that content and must not submit material that you are prohibited from sharing.

8. Suspension or termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, payment disputes or material violations of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as AICanHire evolves. Material updates will be reflected by an updated effective date or other appropriate notice.

10. Mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
